PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Organization: The Comeback Initiative Network Re-Entry Workforce & Leadership Development Inc. ("TCBIN")
Service Provider: Bobb Rousseau, PhD | Apostrophe Trading Intelligence ("Service Provider")

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Bobb Rousseau, PhD, as a Strategic Blueprint Consultant and Financial Education Specialist, will provide strategic consulting, financial literacy training, and market education services to support the TCBIN re-entry program participants and leadership team.
Services Include:
• Strategic Blueprint Development and Consulting
• Financial Literacy & Market Education Programs
• Workforce Development & Career Readiness Training
• Knowledge Management & Educational Materials
• Workshops, Webinars, and Speaking Engagements
• Custom Training Curriculum Development
2. TERM & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: June 2026
Duration: Ongoing, with quarterly reviews and annual renewal discussions.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice.
3. COMPENSATION
Compensation structure to be negotiated and documented via separate statement of work or service level agreement (SLA) based on specific project scope, duration, and deliverables.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the course of this engagement. Intellectual property created specifically for TCBIN projects shall be owned by TCBIN; however, general methodologies and pre-existing materials remain the property of Bobb Rousseau, PhD.
5. LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Service Provider shall maintain professional liability insurance appropriate to the scope of services. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from this agreement.
6. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Bobb Rousseau operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee of TCBIN. Service Provider is responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, and compliance obligations.
7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AUTHORIZATION
By signing below, both parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement. This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding the services to be provided.
