Kiara
Operation New Hope
Orlando, Florida
Dear Kiara,

Thank you for taking the time to meet with me. I truly appreciated our conversation and the opportunity to learn more about Operation New Hope and the incredible work you are doing to support returning citizens in our community.

At TCBIN — Reentry Workforce & Leadership Development Inc., we believe that real change happens when organizations work together. This packet is designed to give you a clear picture of who we are, what we offer, and — most importantly — how we can partner to serve the people who need us most.

Inside you will find information about our organization, our services, our Next Level Living transitional housing community, and the specific partnership opportunities we believe could complement and strengthen the work you are already doing.

I am not here to ask what you can do for us. I am here to show you what we can do together. TCBIN is ready to provide structured housing, mentorship, workforce readiness, accountability, and continued support for the individuals you serve — before, during, and after employment.

I would welcome the opportunity to continue this conversation and explore how a partnership between TCBIN and Operation New Hope could make a lasting difference. Please do not hesitate to reach out at the number or email listed in this packet.

Thank you again for your time, your openness, and your commitment to second chances.

With respect and gratitude,

Marcus J. Evans
Founder & CEO · TCBIN — Reentry Workforce & Leadership Development Inc.

Founded by M.J. Evans

TCBIN was founded by Marcus J. Evans, a leader who served 21 years incarcerated and emerged determined to serve the community he once left behind. That lived experience shapes every program we build — because we understand the journey from the inside out. Today, M.J. leads a dedicated team of professionals and volunteers who share his commitment to second chances.

Our Team

TCBIN operates with a team of professionals and volunteers — including case managers, grant writers, housing coordinators, workforce specialists, and community outreach leaders — all united by a single mission: to make reentry work.
