TCBIN Mentorship & Membership is a structured, accountability-driven program — not a casual referral service. We have partnered with a network of organizations, businesses, and credentialed professionals who believe in TCBIN's mission and volunteer their personal one-on-one professional time to mentor, coach, and develop each accepted participant.
Because these mentors, coaches, and advisors are donating their expertise at no cost to the participant, we hold this program to high standards of commitment, attendance, accountability, and respect. Acceptance into a mentorship track is a privilege — one that represents real professionals investing real time in your growth. Participants are expected to honor that investment by showing up, following through, and taking their development seriously.
