"Every individual deserves a second chance — and the tools, support, and leadership to make it their last first step."
— Marcus J. Evans
Introduction
My name is Marcus J. Evans, and I serve as the CEO of The Comeback Initiative Network LLC and the Founder & Executive Director of TCBIN – Re-Entry, Workforce & Leadership Development Inc. — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Orlando, Florida.
I am a servant leader, community builder, and advocate for second-chance opportunity. My mission is rooted in the belief that every returning citizen, at-risk youth, and underserved individual has the capacity to rise, lead, and contribute meaningfully to society — when given the right tools, guidance, and support.
This document serves as a formal introduction to myself, my organization, and the opportunities available for institutional, governmental, and community partnerships.
