1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Volunteer will perform community service without pay for the benefit of the community and organization.

2. Nature of Service

Location: Various locations in Central Florida and Remote Work

Nature of Work: Community Service Hours

3. Voluntary Participation

The Volunteer acknowledges that their participation in this community service is strictly voluntary and not a condition of employment. No wages, salary, or other compensation will be provided for services rendered.

4. Duration

Start Date: 04/01/2026  |  Total Required Hours: 80 hrs

5. Liability Waiver

The Volunteer agrees to release and hold harmless TCBIN- Reentry Workforce & Leadership Development Inc from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the community service program.

6. Conduct and Expectations

The Volunteer agrees to abide by all rules and policies set forth by TCBIN and to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Failure to comply may result in termination of participation in this program.

7. Acknowledgment

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
