This Community Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this ___ day of ___________, 20__.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Volunteer will perform community service without pay for the benefit of the community and organization.
2. Nature of Service
The Volunteer agrees to perform community service at the following location(s):

3. Voluntary Participation
The Volunteer acknowledges that their participation in this community service is strictly voluntary and not a condition of employment. No wages, salary, or other compensation will be provided for services rendered.

5. Liability Waiver
The Volunteer agrees to release and hold harmless TCBIN — Reentry Workforce & Leadership Development Inc from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the community service program.

The Volunteer agrees to abide by all rules and policies set forth by the TCBIN — Reentry Workforce & Leadership Development Inc Community Services program and to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Failure to comply with any of these guidelines set forth may result in termination of participation in this program.
7. Acknowledgment
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
