Built by People Who've
Been Through It
TCBIN isn't run by people who read about reentry in a textbook. It's run by people who lived it.

Reentry Workforce & Leadership Development
"Reentry-Workforce Development – Leadership Training - Community Reintegration"
M.J. Evans started The Comeback Initiative Network because he knew firsthand what was missing when people came home — not more programs on paper, but real, on-the-ground support.
Drawing from lived experience in the criminal justice system, Evans built TCBIN from the ground up to fill the gaps that leave returning citizens vulnerable — and to build the bridges that lead to lasting freedom.
What We Stand For
Lived Experience First
Our leadership has walked this road. We know what it feels like to need a second chance — and we built this organization because of it.
No Judgment
We don't care where you've been. We care about where you're going and what you need to get there.
Accountability
We hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of the people we serve — honest, consistent, and committed.
Community Over Everything
This work isn't done alone. We build networks of mentors, employers, partners, and community members who are all in.
